Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1 frozen banana (adds creaminess and sweetness)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for added creaminess and protein)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey for sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
4-5 ice cubes (optional for a thicker, colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, add the pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
