Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

  • 1 frozen banana (adds creaminess and sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for added creaminess and protein)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey for sweetness)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)

  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional for a thicker, colder smoothie)


Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, add the pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.

  2. Optional Add-Ins: If you're using flaxseed or chia seeds, add them to the blender as well for an extra boost of nutrients.
